CHOCOLATE CAKE 

How to make


Ingredients:

3 cups flour (375 gr.)
1 cup cocoa (cocoa powder) (86 gr.)
2 teaspoons baking soda (9 gr.)
½ teaspoon salt (3 gr.)
3 eggs
1 ½ cup sunflower oil (375 ml)
1 ½ cup buttermilk (375 ml)
2 teaspoons vanilla essence
2 ½ cups sugar (500 gr.)
Chocolate Fudge (to fill and bathe the cake)
preparation:

Preheat oven to 350 ° F / 180 ° C.
Grease three 2-inch diameter molds, place lard paper on the bottom of each, grease and flour.
In a bowl, sift the flour together with the baking soda, salt and cocoa (cocoa powder) and reserve.
In another bowl mix the eggs together with the oil, buttermilk and vanilla.
Add the dry ingredients in two batches and mix with wraps.
Add sugar and mix well until blended.
Place the dough in the molds and bake for 25 minutes, until when you insert a tester, it comes out clean.
Let cool for about 10 minutes in the mold, then unmold onto a rack and allow to cool completely.
If desired, match the top of two of the muffins, place one on the base, fill, cover with the second, fill and place the third.
Bathe the cake and decorate to taste.
