STRAWBERRY AND PISTACHIO CAKE

HOW TO MAKE


Pistachio shortbread:
75g of soft butter
35g of icing sugar
12g almond powder
1 small egg
1 tbsp pistachio paste
125g flour
Almond cream with pistachio paste:
25g soft butter
25g of sugar
25g almond powder
1 small egg
1 tbsp pistachio paste

STEP 1 :
Prepare the dough
Work the butter in small dices with the icing sugar and the pinch of salt until you get a creamy mixture. Add egg, pistachio paste, almond powder and mix.
2ND STEP :
Incorporate flour and knead. Pick up in a ball and cool for 30 minutes.
STEP 3:

STEP 4:
Preheat oven to 180 ° C.
