How to make


Lemon Pie
 Ingredients:
 For the mass:
 2 cups flour
 1 egg
 125 grams of butter
 2 teaspoons baking powder
 3 spoonfuls of sugar
 Mix the flour with the baking powder, add the melted butter, the egg and the sugar forming a soft and soft dough.
 Then spread the dough in a mold and bring to the oven previously heated for about 10 minutes or until the edges look a little toasted.
 For the filling:
 1 jar of condensed milk
 1 cup lemon juice
 4 yolks
 Mix all the ingredients until forming a uniform thick liquid.
 Drain over the hot dough and return to the oven for another 10 minutes.
 For bitumen:
 4 clear
 1 1/2 cup of sugar flower
 Beat the egg whites to the point of snow and add the sugar.
 Cover the foot with this bitumen and take 5 minutes in the oven.
 Serve cold
