Ingredients for the biscuit:
200 gr. of sugar
3 eggs
1 Greek yogurt (125gr.)
1 Teaspoon vanilla extract
100 gr. Of sunflower oil
225 gr. Of common flour
1 on chemical yeast (baking powder)
125 gr. Of raspberries (1 jar)
Preheat the oven to 200º (strong fire).
We greased with butter and we flour a puding mold (of pudin). We booked it.
We put in a bowl the sugar and the eggs, beating well. Add the yogurt and the vanilla essence and beat again. We added the ceite and continue beating. Incorporate the sifted flour with the yeast. Once it is all integrated add the raspberries and mix. Pour the mixture into the mold and cook at 180º for 35 minutes or check that it is cooked, puncture the cake with a toothpick and if it comes out clean is ready. We removed it from the oven and let it cool in the mold for 5 minutes. We unmolded it on a rack so that it cooled completely.
Ingredients for decorating:
2 tablespoons icing sugar (impalpable)
2 tablespoons of cream to mount (cream of milk)
