- 30 grams sugar
- 10 grams icing sugar
- 60 grams ground almond
- 50 grams egg whites
- Coloring (Optional)

- 25 grams unsalted butter
- 175 grams icing sugar
- 100 grams cream cheese
- Three spoonfuls of milk
This recipe of pistachio macarons that we propose here is a very rich and attractive recipe. We teach you how to prepare it step by step so that you can do your best and in a short time. At the end we put all the cream in the pastry, which we will put a nozzle of size not very large and round, so that the macarons we get too large. We make the macarons, leaving them a little smaller than we want them to remain, as they grow during baking. Let stand between 60 and 90 minutes, until the top we see that is a little drier.
